Emile et Rose baby shoot

A sunny but crisp winter's day for shooting Emile et Rose's spring/summer collection! Welcome to the world of fashion, even baby fashion! We did the shoot in a beautiful old house in Topsham, Devon, with a lovely bright conservatory. We had six babies and mums, dads and grandparents, and lots of gorgeous outfits for them to model. I quickly had to remember the nursery rhymes my kids had liked! Getting babies to smile and engage involves a lot of singing, making funny noises and blowing bubbles! at the same time as shooting quickly to catch every little smile (when they've been sitting in one place for some time, they can get a bit fed up!) and

engaging pose, showing the clothes off to their best. Myself and Emile et Rose's marketing team made the venue look as summery as possible with classic props and lighting. It was a very enjoyable experience and made me feel quite broody again!
